Dawn is a multi-talented Production Artist with an incredibly positive attitude. She has provided our team with solid support this past year, contributing to a wide variety of assignments ranging from print to digital to experiential. I so appreciate her proactive nature, her strong attention to detail, and her willingness to raise her hand. She’s a delight to work with and I wish her the best as she moves onto her next adventure.

I had the pleasure of working with Dawn on two different in-house creative teams, where we collaborated on several different projects. I was lucky enough to work with Dawn at the Lacek Group, where she was one of my favorite co-workers. She worked quickly and somehow always gave me what I needed on the first try, like it was some kind of Jedi mind-reading demonstration. Whether it was a mundane ask or something that required a bit more creative zing, Dawn approached it with the same enthusiasm and professionalism and knocked it out in the middle of a whole bunch of other people’s honey-do lists. Great attitude, great backstory, and all-around good person... Dawn’s a keeper if you’re lucky enough to get her.

Dawn is, hands down, the most professional artist I have ever worked with or managed. She was dedicated to making each job as close to perfect as possible, she was hardworking, eager to always help and always had a smile on her face.

Of all the colleagues I have worked with over the years, Dawn stands out. I had the pleasure of working with her when she joined the Best Buy Weekly Ad team at Wunderman Minneapolis. In a short-time, she learned the job, fit the culture and became an asset to the department. She was articulate, quick with solutions, paid great attention to detail and took initiative to learn more than just the basics of the job, She contributed her time and talent to take on extra projects and mentor newer co-workers. The job had a huge learning curve and a fair amount of stress. Dawn was always ready and calm. I relied on her every week she was there. She was a true pleasure to work with and one of the nicest people I know.

In this business it can be difficult to find a designer/production artist that really does have the chops to do the job well. What is even more difficult is finding someone with those skills who ALSO has the type of personality that adds energy to the workplace. That was my experience with Dawn when we were both working at Martin Williams. She always arrived at the office with a smile that could be seen from across the room, and spent her days getting things done right and on time. She’s one of the good ones.

Dawn is an absolutely great production artist! Excellent attention to detail. Diligent and hardworking. Precise. But most of all — she was a great teammate. She does everything with a positive attitude and a smile.
